My ideal University is located at Northern part of Malaysia. I guess everyone should know what is the name of the University right?
University Utara Malaysia is my ideal University(UUM).
UUM located in the town of Sintok,Kedah..It was formally incorporated on 16 February 1984. The University was established with the specific mission of providing a leadership role for management education in the country. Thus, the university is also known as a management university. The academic establishments in UUM include College of Business (UUM COB), College of Law, Government and International Studies (UUM COLGIS) and College of Arts and Sciences (UUM CAS). UUM is the first university in the country to be a fully wired using fiber-optic cables. The University has 29 computer laboratories in academic and administrative buildings on the campus, providing students with access points for e-services. There have 3 Graduate Schools include, Othman Yeop Abdullah Graduate School of Business (UUM COB), Ghazali Shafie Graduate School of Government (UUM GSGSG), and Awang Had Salleh Graduate School of Arts and Sciences (UUM CAS) Universiti Utara Malaysia.
There are 14 residential hall called DPP for all UUM students divided into 4 route A, B, C, D. In route A got DPP MAS, DPP Proton, DPP TNB, DPP Tradewinds. While route B got DPP Petronas, DPP Eon, DPP Sime Dary, DPP BSN, DPP MISC. Then route C got DPP Muamalat and DPP YAB. Then route D have DPP Bank Rakyat and DPP SME Bank.
Route A, B, C are inside the campus. While only route D is in outside the campus. But don't worry , there are many bus provided in each route. It is very convenience for all students come to the lecture hall.
There are 14 academic school in UUM. There are accountancy, business management, computing, economic, financial & banking, education & modern language, government, international studies, Islamic business, law, multimedia technology & communication, quantitative science, social development, technology development & logistics, tourism, hospitality & environmental management.
